Program Overview
- 1: Program Design & Preparation
- Stakeholder Strategy Session – A strategic planning session to understand your current sales approach, team structure and growth objectives over the next 12–18 months.
- Participant Needs Analysis – Each team member completes a pre program questionnaire to identify strengths, challenges and development areas so every element is tailored to real world needs.
- 2: Group Based Sales Training Delivery
- Team Segmentation – Teams are grouped by experience level to keep training relevant and impactful.
- Workshop Series – Each group attends 4 × half day workshops (in person or virtual), spaced every 6 weeks to allow for application and reflection.
- Bi Weekly Microlearning Modules – Short, actionable content between sessions reinforces key concepts, strengthens habits and keeps momentum high.
- 3: Ongoing Alignment & Feedback
- Progress Check Ins – Every 6 weeks we meet with stakeholders to share feedback, track progress and refine focus as needed.
- Final Debrief & Recommendations – On completion you will receive a detailed review of team performance, progress and clear next steps to sustain growth.
Optional Add On: Keep your team sharp with a 1 day refresher workshop every 6–12 months to embed practices and maintain results.
